Loved location and staff, comfortable beds, the hotel itself was clean.

The breakfast with enough options was served in the bar. The room was spacious with very young children, had wake-up service, that's cool. The location was stunning, close to Via de' Tornabuoni.

Staff and location were very good, had an excellent stay at the hotel. Booked a room with absolutely breathtaking views especially at sunset.

The hotel was relaxing and fairly clean, it had strong wi-fi, its location was ideal close enough to the main railway station. The breakfast was tasty, the check in was early.

The room was tidy, we had a gorgeous American breakfast. We had a little balcony. Brilliant location for our visit to a cathedral-flanked square just a short walk away from the hotel.

The room was brand-new, airy with balcony and the overall experience was really comfortable. The roof top bar was nice, loved this place.

We will be back, our stay was just perfect. Traditional hotel, brand-new rooms, nice hot breakfast, efficient staff.

We appreciated the hotel, it was convenient and had perfect location so close to the airport, beautiful Arnos river, the train station. The room was huge, bright with 2 baths & an upstairs bedroom loft. Having different hot drinks in the roof top bar was a very nice touch.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel and would stay here again. The place was cool and relaxing and the staff were pretty friendly, the location was easy very close to all the attractions. I was upgraded to a huge junior suite with balcony. Rooftop bar was amazing.

Everything was excellent from the great service to the outstanding food. Very central location was a plus. Plus, I was able to park my car nearby.

We really enjoyed staff and location of this wellness hotel. Amazing view, a big balcony, neat bed, too. Furthermore, parking nearby was a bonus. The beach was good. The location was walk from a railroad station, easy for getting around Florence.

Strategic location, immaculate rooms and active staff...

I liked the hotel, the staff was very generous, great value. The property was extremely convenient, as expected. Above average continental breakfast with milk, pastries, jam, breads and cheese. The location was decent, at a medium distance from a Renaissance palace. Excellent service, spacious restaurant on site.

Famous, impeccably clean hotel with highly convenient location. There were Wi-Fi, terrace and flat-screen TV in the room, liked that. Service was perfect, staff - exceptionally well trained. A tropical beach, panoramic view.

Magnificent location and fully renovated fully renovated room. The hotel staff were eager to help. Irish bar and great pool. This art venue was worth a visit, great value.

So handy, walking distance to the station and behind boutiques

Breakfast was GREAT and the staff was friendly. Not far from basilica di san lorenzo. It was a lovely experience. Ostaria dei Centopoveri served dishes within 300 feet off the hotel.

We could visit everything we needed like ponte vecchio as it was a short walk to the hotel. Morning meal food was good.
